EPIDE (Establishment for the Integration into Employment of Young People) is procuring coaching and support services for its executive committee (CODIR) members. The services aim to enhance leadership, team cohesion, and strategic management. The contract is for a period of 12 months, renewable up to three times. Bidders must demonstrate experience in coaching senior management teams, preferably in public sector or youth integration contexts. The estimated value is between €100,000 and €1,000,000.
