The Flemish government, via the Sigmaplan, seeks a contractor for the design and build of recreational infrastructure in the Weijmeerbroek and Oude Durme project area in Waasmunster and Hamme, Belgium. The scope includes landscape architectural services for recreational facilities such as paths, viewpoints, and picnic areas, integrated with flood protection and nature development. Bidders must demonstrate experience in integrated design-build projects for public recreational spaces, preferably with knowledge of the Sigmaplan context. The contract value is estimated between €1 million and €10 million, with a duration of approximately 2-3 years.
