DfE seeks expert advisers for children's social care improvement.
The Department for Education (DfE) is procuring a pool of Children's Social Care Expert Advisers (EAs) under Lot 14 of the Educational and Children's Social Care Professionals (ECSC) Dynamic Framework. EAs will replace current Commissioners and Advisers, working with failing local authorities to drive improvement in children's social care services. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth diagnostics, developing Central Improvement Plans, and overseeing implementation. Candidates must be experienced sector experts capable of holding challenging conversations with local authorities and reporting to Ministers. The framework is established under PCR2015, and a bidder event will be held via the Jaggaer eSourcing portal.
