The European Commission is procuring research and development services to update the European Startup and Scaleup Scoreboard. The project involves collecting and analyzing data on startup and scaleup ecosystems across EU member states, producing a comprehensive report with policy recommendations. The contractor must have proven experience in economic research, data analysis, and knowledge of EU innovation policy. The contract is expected to last 24 months with a value between €500,000 and €1,000,000.
