Scottish Water is establishing a Framework Agreement for comprehensive legal services to support its statutory, operational, regulatory, and commercial functions. The framework covers four lots: Land and Property, Commercial, Litigation and Employment, and Governance, Corporate and Regulatory Legal Services. Suppliers must provide high-quality legal advice, transactional support, dispute resolution, and representation under Scots Law in a regulated public sector environment. The initial term is 4 years, extendable up to 8 years. Estimated total value is £10,000,000 to £20,000,000.
