The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) seeks a contractor to upgrade boilers at the Western Regional Research Center (WRRC) in Albany, California. The scope includes removal of existing boilers and installation of new high-efficiency boilers, associated piping, controls, and electrical work. The contractor must be licensed and experienced in commercial boiler installation and comply with all applicable codes and safety standards. The project is expected to be completed within 180 days of award. This is a firm-fixed-price contract with a performance period of approximately 6 months.
