Framework for highways condition surveys for London authorities.
The London Borough of Ealing is establishing a Framework for Highways Professional Services, Lot 2 specifically for condition surveys. The framework is open to all interested London local government authorities via access agreement. Services will be delivered via call-off arrangement on a flexible, as-needed basis. The contract covers highways and transport-related consultancy support. Full specification details are in Document Part C.
