212 business-grade laptops for Sir John Deane's Sixth Form College.
The Sir John Brunner Foundation, acting for Sir John Deane's Sixth Form College, seeks a supplier for approximately 212 business-grade laptops and associated services as part of a planned refresh of the College's end-user computing estate. The contract includes supply of new laptops meeting a minimum technical specification, a minimum three-year manufacturer warranty, delivery with an electronic asset register, and optional services like Microsoft Autopilot registration and Intune-ready provisioning. Devices must be compatible with Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, and Windows 11. The Foundation requires standardisation to minimise support overheads, reliable performance for intensive daily use, and appropriate warranty and repairability. A separate subsequent procurement for an operating lease will be conducted, and the successful supplier must cooperate with the Foundation's chosen finance provider.
