Parks Canada seeks cybersecurity support for digital modernization.
Parks Canada Agency requires cybersecurity professional services on an as-needed basis to support its multi-year Digital Investment Plan (DIP), which includes system upgrades, cloud and platform implementations, cybersecurity enhancements, enterprise data solutions, and workflow modernization. The procurement is open only to TBIPS Supply Arrangement holders under EN578-170432 (Tier 1, Remote/Virtual Access) for specific IT security categories (C.2, C.3, C.7 at level 3). Two contracts will be awarded, with an estimated level of effort of 4,680 days from award to August 31, 2029. Bidders must meet security requirements including Facility Security Clearance at Secret level and resource Reliability Status or Secret. The requirement is subject to various trade agreements.
