PFAS analysis services for ECCC, contract to 2027 with extensions.
Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) requires a contractor to analyze wastewater, sludge/biosolids, leachate, and other environmental matrices for per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). The contract runs from award to March 31, 2027, with four optional one-year extensions. Selection is based on highest combined technical merit and price. There are no security requirements. Offerors must comply with Canada's Code of Conduct for Procurement, integrity provisions, anti-forced labour requirements, and Buy Canadian Policy. The procurement is subject to various trade agreements including CFTA and WTO-AGP.
