BARDA seeks 2-PAM autoinjectors for nerve agent countermeasure.
The Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), under the Department of Health and Human Services, is soliciting proposals for the procurement of 2-PAM Autoinjectors for Project Bioshield. The requirement includes the supply of autoinjectors containing pralidoxime chloride (2-PAM) for use as a medical countermeasure against nerve agent poisoning. Offerors must demonstrate capability to manufacture and deliver FDA-approved or investigational autoinjectors, with experience in large-scale government contracts. The contract is expected to be a multi-year, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) arrangement with a total value potentially exceeding $10 million. The place of performance is Washington, D.C., but manufacturing may occur elsewhere.
