IHS seeks ISBEE contractor for medical gas system upgrade at Crownpoint facility.
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is soliciting bids for a construction project to upgrade the medical gas system at the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility in Crownpoint, New Mexico. The scope includes removal of existing medical gas equipment and installation of new medical gas systems, including oxygen, nitrogen, and medical air, as well as associated electrical and mechanical work. The project is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) under the Buy Indian Act. Bidders must be certified as an Indian Economic Enterprise by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The estimated contract value is between $1 million and $10 million, with a performance period of approximately 365 days.
