Framework for wet-pour play area surfacing for Chelmsford City Council.
Chelmsford City Council is establishing a framework agreement for the provision of play area surfacing, specifically wet-pour play surfaces, for its approximately 100 play areas across the city. Up to six suppliers will be appointed to the framework, and only those selected will be invited to quote for individual playground refurbishment projects via mini-competitions. The council manages numerous Green Flag award-winning parks and prioritizes high-quality public spaces. Suppliers must demonstrate excellence in wet-pour surfacing to be considered for the framework.
