Construction of new building and demolition of existing B180 at FRDC.
This Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) is the first phase of a two-phase procurement for the construction of a new single-storey building of approximately 1,326 m2 at the AAFC Fredericton Research and Development Centre in Fredericton, NB. The work includes general construction, site development, abatement, and demolition of the existing B180 building, which must remain operational until the new building is completed. Qualified suppliers will be invited to submit a financial bid in Phase Two. The qualification list expires within 60 days or upon contract award.
