IT contractors needed for Transport Canada security and aviation modernization.
Transport Canada requires specialized IT contractors under TBIPS for roles including Application/Software Architect, Programmer/Analyst, Tester, Business Analyst, Project Executive, and Project Leader. The work supports the Preclearance Access Program, modernization of the Transportation Security Clearance (TSC) technology tools, and the Civil Aviation Oversight and Application Rationalization (CAOAR). Contractors will review current service designs and develop blueprints for future state designs to improve safety, security, and efficiency of Canada's transportation system.
