Citizen Housing Group Ltd seeks a provider for a fully integrated fuel card and EV charging services contract to support its operational fleet across the West Midlands. The scope includes multi-brand fuel cards for diesel, petrol, and AdBlue with a Platts+ pricing model; automated home EV charging reimbursement for company van drivers based on actual household tariffs; public EV charging access via a single card/app; consolidated HMRC-compliant invoicing; management information and carbon reporting; fraud prevention; account management; and scalable service delivery as the EV fleet grows.
