The Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (IRD) seeks a contractor to collect and supply data on tuna landings at ports for monitoring French tropical tuna purse seine fishing in the Indian Ocean. The scope includes systematic data collection, quality control, and transmission to IRD. The contractor must have experience in fisheries data collection and access to port facilities. The contract is for a period of up to 4 years, with an estimated annual value of €100,000 to €1,000,000.
