The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to procure a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) X-ray tomography software package for its Gaithersburg, MD facility. The software must be capable of reconstructing 3D volumes from X-ray projection data, performing segmentation and visualization, and supporting common file formats.
