The USDA Forest Service is reopening the National Light Fixed Wing Multiple Award Task Order Contract (NLF-MATOC) to accept new offers. This procurement covers light fixed-wing aircraft services for aerial firefighting, including air attack, lead plane, and other mission support. The contract is a multiple-award IDIQ with task orders issued as needed. Offerors must meet FAA Part 135 certification and demonstrate experience in aerial firefighting. The contract period is five years with an estimated value of $100 million to $500 million. Performance will be nationwide, with primary operations in Boise, Idaho.
