Maintenance of critical air plant for Powys Teaching Health Board.
Powys Teaching Health Board (PTHB) seeks a qualified contractor for servicing, testing, and maintenance of all critical air plant across its healthcare facilities. The contract covers reactive maintenance, cyclical preventative maintenance (at intervals not exceeding six months), and emergency call-outs (response within six hours). Work must comply with HTM 03-01(2021) or latest equivalent. The contract is for a fixed term of three years with possible two annual extensions, subject to performance and funding. The contractor must adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and other relevant legislation.
