The scope includes designing, conducting, and analyzing epidemiological studies to support military health surveillance and operational readiness. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in epidemiology, biostatistics, and field survey management, with experience in military or public health contexts preferred. The contract is expected to cover multiple surveys over a period of up to 3 years, with an estimated value between €100,000 and €1 million.
