Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (PFRU-2), a multi-donor programme managed by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, seeks a supplier for network equipment. The tender documentation has been revised, with extended deadlines. Proposals are due July 22, 2026, at 15:00 Kyiv time, and questions must be submitted by July 12, 2026. Price proposals can be in Ukrainian or English, and all communication must be via email to pfruprocurement@chemonics.com with the tender number in the subject line. PFRU-2 is tax-exempt, so payments exclude VAT.
