Pan-government framework for construction professional services across 11 lots.
The Government Commercial Agency has established a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for Construction Professional Services, available to all UK public sector bodies including central government, local authorities, health, police, education, housing, charities, and devolved administrations. The agreement covers the full lifecycle of construction projects across 11 lots: General Infrastructure & Built Environment, Architectural Services, Project Management, Commercial Management, Defence, Defence Enhanced, International, Nuclear, and three Flood Risk and Asset Management lots (Technical, Environmental, Commercial/Programme Management). Services include project management, cost management, engineering (civil, structural, electrical), architectural and design services, and environmental/sustainability services. The framework is open to all UK public sector bodies and aims to provide technical advisory services for construction projects of varying scale and complexity.
