Four walk-in climatic chambers for heat pump testing at CanmetENERGY.
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Natural Resources Canada, is soliciting offers for the acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, training, and preventive maintenance of four walk-in climatic chambers. These chambers will be used to test residential and small commercial air source heat pumps under varying temperature, humidity, and load conditions at the CanmetENERGY - Varennes Research Center. The solicitation cancels and supersedes a previous one dated December 19, 2025. Offerors who bid on the previous solicitation may request a debriefing. The scope includes a complete environmental test facility with associated services.
