The Government Office for Science (GO-Science) is re-procuring its Futures Framework to provide UK government departments, agencies, and public bodies with access to futures, foresight, and related professional services. The framework covers horizon scanning, scenario development, evidence synthesis, workshop facilitation, capability building, and tool development. It is an open framework valued at £9,000,000 over six years, with a reopening point at year three. Direct awards are available below £50,000; higher-value work uses mini-competitions. Suppliers must demonstrate expertise in futures methodologies and ability to engage with government stakeholders.
