Gisborne District Council seeks a contractor for operations and maintenance of its drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater networks, including water and wastewater treatment plants. The contract includes 24/7 response to network issues and $3 million per annum in capital and renewal projects. Estimated annual value is $7.6 million, with opportunity to tender for additional capital works worth ~$15 million per year. Initial term is 7 years with a possible 3-year extension, starting 1 July 2027. A site visit is scheduled for 8-9 July 2026.
