The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office 22, is soliciting for portable home sleep apnea testing devices and services. The procurement includes the provision of home sleep test kits, data analysis, and reporting for veterans in the Gilbert, AZ area. Vendors must be able to supply FDA-cleared devices and provide HIPAA-compliant data management. The contract is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The period of performance is one base year plus four option years.
