University of Chester seeks lift maintenance services provider.
The University of Chester is conducting market engagement for a forthcoming tender for lift maintenance services across its estate. The contract will cover coordination, management, administration, and completion of maintenance to SFG20 standards, using the University's CAFM software Q2 from Quantarc. Lift installation works are excluded. The tender will follow an open procedure, and interested suppliers can express interest via the In-Tend portal. A non-compulsory questionnaire is available to indicate interest.
