The Industrial Dwellings Society (IDS) is retendering a contract for maintenance and responsive repairs of intercom systems across 47 communal blocks (1,466 flats) in the UK. The scope includes annual inspections, emergency call-out, real-time reporting, and resident coordination. Contractors must service intercom fascia panels, door entry systems, and spare parts, and meet defined response times, certifications, and health & safety standards. Minor security and structural repairs to access points may also be required. The contract is a retender with unchanged scope; previous suppliers are eligible.
