Swansea University seeks contractors for retrofit façade upgrades to two buildings on its Singleton Campus: Margam Building (3-storey academic) and Union House Building (4-storey academic/student activity). The works include over cladding, improved insulation, and replacement of glazing and doors as part of a wider decarbonisation scheme.
