Multi-supplier framework for building standards research and technical services.
The Scottish Government's Building Standards Division intends to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for research and technical services across seven lots: Fire, Safety/Accessibility, Energy (Software, Tools and Methodology), Energy (Policy and Research), Environment and Sustainability, Structure, and Non-technical. The framework is exclusively for the Building Standards Division. Economic operators may bid for one or more lots. Call-off contracts will be awarded via direct award or mini-competition. The estimated maximum framework value is GBP 4,000,000, with no guarantee of volume or value.
