Demolish building, build asphalt parking lot at USDA ARS Beltsville.
The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) seeks a contractor to demolish Building 4 at the Beltsville, MD facility and convert the site into an asphalt parking lot. The scope includes complete demolition of the existing structure, removal of debris, site grading, and installation of a new asphalt parking lot with appropriate drainage and striping. The contractor must have experience in commercial demolition and asphalt paving, and must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
