The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) seeks consultancy services to conduct a scoping study for targeted renewable energy investments across Pacific partner countries, including Realm countries. The study will identify a portfolio of renewable energy and electricity network investments that maximize renewable energy supply while minimizing time to commissioning within the available budget.
