Frozen food supply for Paris school canteens.
The Caisse des Ecoles of the 14th arrondissement of Paris is procuring frozen food products, both organic and conventional, for school canteens. The contract covers the supply of frozen vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, and prepared dishes. Suppliers must have HACCP certification and experience in delivering to public institutions. The contract duration is 12 months with possible renewal. Estimated annual value is between €100,000 and €1,000,000.
