Market engagement for children's homes for complex needs in Barking and Dagenham.
The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is conducting market engagement to inform future commissioning of children's homes for children with severe, complex behavioural needs and/or significant mental health needs. The Council aims to develop local capacity and explore models such as block purchasing or strategic partnerships. Providers with relevant regulatory registrations, experience, and specialist expertise are invited to participate in a virtual session on 30 July 2026. The engagement is for information-gathering only and does not constitute a procurement exercise.
