Fire and Emergency New Zealand seeks an experienced main contractor for the upgrade of the volunteer section of Chartwell Fire Station in Waikato. The project includes full weathertightness remediation, structural strengthening, and refurbishment of ablutions and internal layouts to support inclusive and modern volunteer operations. This is a Registration of Interest; shortlisted vendors will receive site visit details, drawings, and specifications for the subsequent Request for Tender.
