Liverpool Experience Campus Ltd seeks an energy supplier to deliver electricity and gas to its campus at Kings Dock, Liverpool Waterfront under a MultiPurchase tranche-based model starting 1 January 2028. The contract supports the Authority's Net Zero 2030 commitment and certified carbon neutral campus. The supplier operates on an advisory-only basis; all fixing decisions remain with the Authority. The procurement uses the Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023.
