Floating support for rough sleepers with higher needs in Bristol.
Bristol City Council seeks a provider for floating support services for individuals with higher support needs and a history of rough sleeping. The service covers clients moving from supported accommodation to private or social tenancies, those released from prison, discharged from hospital, or part of the Golden Key Housing First cohort. A Keeping In Touch service will provide remote support for up to two additional years for graduated clients. The contract is for three years from 2026 to 2029.
