Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. (PSE), the Polish transmission system operator, through its Central Investment Unit, is establishing a framework agreement for the acquisition of property rights (ownership, perpetual usufruct, or limited property rights) for investments related to the construction and modernization of the national power grid. The framework covers services such as legal and technical due diligence, negotiation, and acquisition of real estate for power line corridors and substations. The agreement is divided into 4 lots based on geographical regions (north, south, east, west). The estimated total value is approximately 200 million PLN (around 46 million EUR). The framework will be valid for 48 months. Bidders must demonstrate experience in at least 3 similar contracts for property acquisition for linear infrastructure projects (e.g., power lines, pipelines) with a minimum value of 1 million PLN each.
