Worcestershire County Council, on behalf of the Fourth Midlands Connect EV Infrastructure Consortium (including Leicestershire, Rutland, Warwickshire, and Worcestershire councils), seeks a concessionaire to deliver on-street EV chargepoints under the Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Scheme (LEVI). The consortium aims to accelerate chargepoint deployment across the region, balancing rural and less affluent areas. The contract is a long-term concession agreement. Bidders must be suitably experienced and qualified entities.
