The Ministry of Education - School Infrastructure seeks a main building contractor for roofing replacement at Paekākāriki School in Paekākāriki, Kāpiti Coast, New Zealand. The project involves removal and renewal of metal and membrane roofing, flashings, and spouting across six buildings (Blocks A, B, E, F, I, J). Modifications include rafter and purlin alterations to Block A roof above the administration area and replacement of skylights with polycarbonate trafficable clear roofing. Works will be staged; the first phase includes creation of a new accessible bathroom procured in parallel. Contractors must be experienced in school roofing projects and able to manage staged construction.
