Nest Invest, part of the National Employment Savings Trust (NEST) Corporation, seeks a partner for Phase 4b of its Target Operating Model (TOM) implementation. The objective is to finalize the operating model design, embed key components into business-as-usual activities, and build internal capacity for full ownership. The partner will support the transition of model ownership to Nest Invest and deliver additional organizational evolution tasks. This is a call-off under a framework agreement, awarded to a specific supplier.
