The scope covers general civil engineering works, earthworks, drainage, foundations, concrete works, and minor/major civils packages on a call-off basis. Suppliers must express interest via CompeteFor; SMEs and regional contractors are encouraged. The framework is structured into regional lots, and bidders need strong health, safety, environmental, and quality performance, with ability to deliver in live and constrained environments.
