Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council seeks a provider for children's advocacy and independent visitor services. The advocacy service represents the views, wishes, and needs of children and young people in decision-making processes, providing independent and confidential support. Independent Visitors are trained volunteers who offer stable adult relationships for children in care. The service also includes parental advocacy to help parents navigate children's social care and child protection systems. The contract is based on the National Standards for the Provision of Children and Young People's Advocacy Services 2023.
