Aveyron Habitat, a public housing authority in the Aveyron department of France, is establishing a framework agreement with purchase orders for multi-trade maintenance works on its housing stock. The works cover plumbing, electrical, antenna-intercom, roofing, carpentry, and locksmithing. The contract is divided into multiple lots by trade and geographic sectors. Bidders must demonstrate experience in social housing maintenance and comply with French regulations. The framework is for a period of up to 4 years with an estimated total value between €1 million and €10 million.
