Rough sleeper accommodation and support services in Manchester.
Manchester City Council is reprocuring the A Bed Every Night (ABEN) programme, which provides accommodation and support for rough sleepers and those at immediate risk. The city must deliver at least 168 units of accommodation with support. New 2-year contracts will commence in April 2027 for financial years 2027/28 and 2028/29. This is a market testing exercise to put new contracts in place. The buyer serves the Greater Manchester area.
