Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance for Land Vehicle Owners

The Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Volyn Oblast is procuring compulsory civil liability insurance for owners of land vehicles (MTPL). The insurance covers vehicles operated by the emergency service. The contract is expected to be for one year. Bidders must be licensed insurers authorized to provide MTPL insurance in Ukraine. The procurement follows open tender procedures under the above-threshold regime.
