NRC seeks supplier for curtain wall refurbishment in Saguenay, Quebec.
The National Research Council Canada (NRC) requires a supplier to dismantle and store the sunshade system on the East side of the Aluminum Technology Center (ATC) and replace insulated glass and spandrel panels on the East and North facades. The work aims to ensure watertightness and improve thermal insulation at 501 University Boulevard East, Saguenay, Quebec. A mandatory site visit is required on July 17 or August 4, 2026, with valid ID and PPE (safety glasses, footwear, high-visibility vest, hard hat). The contract is subject to Canada's Integrity Regime and Indigenous procurement set-asides may apply.
