Serco Limited is seeking partners for the Department for Work and Pensions' Future Employment Support (FES) procurement, which aims to help unemployed Universal Credit claimants find and sustain employment. The service will provide personalised support including skills training, work experience, job brokerage, health interventions, and specialist services for mental health, disability, and ESOL. Serco is looking for diverse suppliers such as SMEs, VCSEs, social enterprises, and specialist providers with local expertise and a track record in employment support.
