The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) is seeking qualified suppliers for international construction works across five regions: Africa/Sub-Saharan, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East/Maghreb, and the Americas. The work involves demolition, construction, and fit-out of office spaces in Government of Canada's international portfolio abroad, adhering to provided drawings and specifications. Bidders must have experience in delivering construction services and be able to operate in the countries within the region(s) they bid for. The contract also includes limited local/regional structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering design services. Bidders may submit proposals for one or multiple regions based on their capabilities and operational presence.
